Employees that have satisfied the 90-day waiting period and work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits.

  • Safe And Sweet Home Care offers a Comprehensive Medical Insurance Plan and is contracted with United Health Care Medical Insurance.

  • Employees working less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for all benefits.

Open Enrollment 2023

All elections made during open enrollment remain in effect for the entire plan year unless you have a qualified change in status. The 2023 plan year began on July 1, 2023, and ends on June 30, 2024. The next open enrollment will be held in June 2024.

Open Enrollment is an important time of year as you must determine what coverage is best for you and your family. We recommend you review this guide in detail, so you make the right choices. During Open Enrollment you have the option to enroll yourself and your dependents in benefits and / or change or cancel your current benefits.  Your current benefits will continue if you do not cancel them. If you want to elect new, make changes too, or cancel coverage you will need to act during this time.
